Clinical Charge Entry Overview Clinical Charge Entry is foundational for RevElate, our new clinically driven revenue cycle patient accounting system which will begin to roll out in the spring of 2025. Clinical Charge Entry improves the day-to-day workflow by integrating charges into the dynamic documentation workflow. When signing notes, providers will be automatically prompted to select and submit visit-level E&M and procedure charges performed at the patient bedside. Charges can be submitted immediately when the provider signs their documentation, helping to ensure appropriate visit-level charges are selected and associated with the respective note.
