The Hot Swap or Hotswap device process allows an employee to permanently replace a defective device on-site at the office. Instructions for how to perform the Hotswap process are available on the IS Self-Service Portal.
Finding the Hotswap Instructions:
- Open your internet browser (Edge) to the Home Care & Hospice intranet homepage.
- Tap/Click the white Self-Service Portal button at the bottom of the browser window.
- If your device is not connected to the Northern Light Health network, you will be prompted to enter your network username and password.
- Type "hot swap" or "hotswap" into the Search field.
- Select "Home Health Hospice Device Hot Swap (Not for New Hire)" in the results list.
