Hot Swapping/Hotswapping an iPad

The Hot Swap or Hotswap device process allows an employee to permanently replace a defective device on-site at the office.  Instructions for how to perform the Hotswap process are available on the IS Self-Service Portal.


Finding the Hotswap Instructions:

  1. Open your internet browser (Edge) to the Home Care & Hospice intranet homepage.
  2. Tap/Click the white Self-Service Portal button at the bottom of the browser window.
  3. If your device is not connected to the Northern Light Health network, you will be prompted to enter your network username and password.
  4. Type "hot swap" or "hotswap" into the Search field.
  5. Select "Home Health Hospice Device Hot Swap (Not for New Hire)" in the results list.
